Qual/quant agency MM-Eye has reorganised the management team at its London office, promoting Damien Field to Managing Director responsible for the overall performance of the business. Field will work alongside Anne Bolingbroke, who becomes Chairman.
Additionally, Deborah Fitzpatrick is promoted to the role of Deputy Managing Director, in charge of Research Operations and business finance, while continuing to lead the company's Services team. Alison Phillips becomes Client Research Director, responsible for spearheading the development of the company's THOUGHTscape suite of approaches and leading the Research team.
The company, which is part of MM-Eye International AG and has a German operation based in Hamburg, specialises in brand, communications and new product development.
Field (pictured) joined the firm in 2009 as Automotive Research Director, having previously held AD roles at Simpson Carpenter and Harris Interactive (Total Research). In his new position, he will work with Bolingbroke to further develop the company, while continuing to be involved in client project work.
Commenting on the changes, MM-Eye International's CEO Frank Müller says the changes reflect 'a growing business' and will help the company to enhance its focus on client needs and requirements.'
