In the UK, global marketing and technology agency LBi has appointed Michele Chang-McGrath as Head of Research. Her role includes launching a series of initiatives to understand emerging digital behaviour in mobile, eCommerce and online content.
LBi helps clients create, distribute and track brand content, and also offers a platform for measuring the impact of digital activity on business results.
Chang-McGrath previously served as a Partner at strategy and innovation firm ReD Associates in Copenhagen, prior to which she was a Senior Researcher in the People and Practices Research Group at Intel.
