Yannick Carriou has been appointed Chief Executive of Ipsos MediaCT, replacing Richard Silman, who has taken on the role of Head of Corporate and Social Responsibility programs across the group.
Additionally, Dominique Lévy-Saragossi, who was previously MD of Ipsos Marketing in France, succeeds Carriou as Country Manager of Ipsos France.
Carriou (pictured) joined Ipsos in 2010 to run Ipsos France, having previously worked at TNS Sofres as MD and at INSEE, the French public statistics organisation.
Co-President Didier Truchot comments: 'Yannick's new mission is key for Ipsos and we are confident he will drive the move towards the future: passive audience measurement, developing syndicated surveys across countries and strengthening our partnership with large media and IT corporations.'
In his new role, Carriou will report to Henri Wallard, Deputy CEO of Ipsos.
Silman takes up his new position with more than 20 years' experience in the media industry, gained while working at AGB and Kantar Media Research. He joined Ipsos in 2001 as UK Country Manager, and then served as CEO of Ipsos MediaCT. Lévy-Saragossi joined Ipsos France in 2010 as MD of Ipsos Marketing, prior to which, she was an Associate at TNS Sofres, and she held senior roles at Carat, Secodip, and Nielsen.
