YouGov Promotes Wagstaff to Head of Research

Online research specialist YouGov has promoted Dr Michael Wagstaff to the new position of Head of Research, to oversee the 'full spectrum' of research services the company provides. The firm has also promoted Ad�le Gritten to the role of UK Commercial Director.

Wagstaff joined YouGov in 2007, where he most recently served as Head of Public Sector Consulting. Prior to this, he worked in IFF Research's public sector policy practice, and was a director at social research consultancy Spark Partnership.

With more than 20 years' research experience, Wagstaff has worked extensively with a diverse range of clients across the government, utilities, charities, regulatory bodies and HR sectors.

Gritten, who joined the company in 2009, most recently served as Head of Media and Financial Services Consulting. Prior to YouGov, she was Director of Research at business intelligence company marcus evans, and a Director at Quaestor and at Qmedia.
