In the US, Harris Interactive is partnering with Google to launch a new service allowing users to compare themselves to industry benchmarks.Google's product combines DIY surveys with access to targeted respondents, and enables users to create questionnaires themselves and then pay from $0.10 to $0.50 per response. The new 'Harris Poll and the Google Consumer Surveys' platform will feed regular benchmarking information into this system.

I'm thrilled that we're working with a leader like the Harris Poll to give businesses access to a new benchmarking offering.'

The first benchmark study offered within the Harris Poll and Google Consumer Surveys platform investigates customer satisfaction in the banking industry.
