Online insight community specialist Tuned In has moved into larger office space at its premises in Camden Town, London, to house a number of new staff including former FreshMinds director Richie Jones and Circus strategist Natasha Wallace.

Richie Jones and Natasha WallaceFounded in 2006, Tuned In creates bespoke insight communities including 'we love ideas' communities for innovation and product idea creation, and 'consumer immersion' projects to help clients connect with consumers in their own environments. The firm also combines this with a range of complementary approaches such as co-creation workshops and ethnography.

Wallace takes on the role of Strategist, having previously worked as an Associate with brand consultancy Circus, and as a Project Manager with KSBR Brand Futures.

The firm has also appointed Zsofia Kerekes and Aggy Piech as Senior Research Executives, and Elodie Roy as a Research Executive.

To house the expanded team, Tuned In has moved to larger office space in its existing building in Camden Town.

CEO Douglas Dunn comments: 'It's a really exciting time at Tuned In and it's great to be adding such an array of talent to our team. It has also been fantastic to feel everyone's enthusiasm for our vision of taking community research to the next level and we are looking forward to a great end to the year and to even bigger things in 2013.'
