Digital media specialist Gai Le Roy has returned to IAB Australia to take up the newly created role of Director of Research, with a remit to ensure that the body maintains its position as a 'thought leader' in consumer behaviour, technology, multi-channel marketing, measurement and analytics.IAB is the trade association for online advertising, and in Australia its principal objective is to increase the share of advertising and marketing dollars that interactive media captures in the marketplace.

She will also Chair the IAB Australia Measurement and Research Councils and lead the Mobile Advertising Council's measurement and research projects.
Paul Fisher, CEO of IAB Australia comments: 'We are delighted to welcome Gai Le Roy back to the IAB as Director of Research. She brings extensive industry knowledge, project management and research expertise to her new role and I look forward to working with her again.'
