US-based digital marketing agency ExactTarget - which recently acquired iGoDigital - has opened offices in Paris, while adding a French user interface across its suite of products. The firm also plans to open in Sweden later this year.
ExactTarget helps clients communicate with their customers through e-mail, mobile, social media and web sites. Earlier this month, the firm added predictive analytics to its suite, through the acquisition of customer behavior specialist iGoDigital.
The firm currently offers its suite of products in English, Brazilian Portuguese and German, and plans to make its French interface generally available to clients in the fourth quarter of 2012.
In January, ExactTarget opened an office in Munich, Germany, adding to its international operations in London, Sao Paulo, Sydney, Melbourne, and cities across North America. Former Experian Paris MD Jean-Philippe Baert (pictured) will lead the new Paris office, joining with more than two decades of interactive marketing expertise.
CEO and co-founder Scott Dorsey comments: 'Through our teams in London and Munich and in conversations with clients, it is clear that there is tremendous opportunity in France and Sweden. By continuing to bring our expertise in digital marketing to new markets and adding local language support across our suite of products, we are providing the technology marketers need around the world to connect with their customers.'
