Online video marketing platform Vidyard has integrated its technology with the marketing automation platform of US firm Eloqua, to enable the tracking of customer viewing behavior via video content.
Through Vidyard, clients can add video to their web sites, get real-time analytics, syndicate video to social networks and YouTube, and capture leads. Its platform will be merged with Eloqua's software which offers targeting, segmentation and market measurement options.
According to Eloqua co-founder Steve Woods, the partnership will uncover how prospective clients are consuming video content: 'Vidyard gives users full visibility to identify who's watching, how long they're watching, and specifically which parts they watch. That's a big reveal and a very powerful connection to help understand the buyer,' he stated.
