UK-based business research specialist B2B International has reported its best ever year, with 2012 turnover up 28% to £5.1m. North America and Europe led the way.B2B has grown its revenue and made a profit for all fifteen years since it was established, and now has offices in Manchester and London, Brussels, New York and Chicago, Moscow, Beijing and Shanghai. In 2012, its workforce also grew strongly with eight new members added to the analytics team alone.
Revenue growth was particularly strong in North America - up 68% - and in Europe it rose by more than 25% for the second year running.
CEO Matthew Harrison comments: 'We placed a huge emphasis on close collaboration with our larger accounts during 2012, with a doubling in the number of clients commissioning research worth £100,000 or more.' He adds: 'the fact that we are firmly established in three continents has been crucial for us, as most of our largest projects are multinational in nature.'
