Paxton Relocates from TLE Sydney for UK MD Role

Chris Paxton has left the Sydney office of Australian custom researcher The Leading Edge, to return to his native UK as Managing Director of the London office.

In addition to its UK and Australian operations, The Leading Edge, which is being re-branded as TLE, has additional offices in Singapore, New Delhi, New York, and Sao Paulo, from which it offers primary research, analytics, and trends/forecasting services.

Paxton (pictured) takes up the new role after serving as TLE's Global Head of Innovation in the firm's Sydney office for nearly three years. Prior to joining the company, he served as a Director of research consultancy The Buzz, and earlier, he was a Consultant at Market Profiles for more than eight years.

He starts in the new position this week, replacing Kate Parry, who has been in the role for the past six years and is leaving the company.

Parry joined TLE in Sydney in 2005 as Head of Branding and Innovation. She previously served as a Strategy Consultant at New Solutions, before which she was Marketing Manager at Allied Domecq, and Marketing and Innovation Manager at Spillers Foods. It is not known what her next career move will be.
