Facts International Opens in Sydney

UK-based telephone research specialist Facts International has expanded into the APAC region, with the opening of an office in Sydney, Australia.

Established in 1985 and now part of Chime Communications, Facts specialises in the delivery of small or large scale CATI, CAPI, online and IVR projects.

The new office will be led by Jo Brockhurst (pictured), who has recently been working as a Consultant with Chime's online agency Watermelon Research, and as Senior Client Services Executive at Facts International in the UK, where she previously served as Telephone Centre Team Leader.

MD Emily Kettle comments: 'Facts International conducts research across the globe, and this new office in Sydney will ensure that we are in close touch with our existing clients in Australasia and APAC. Global expansion is very high on the agenda and we have more office openings to look forward to this year as the company expands globally.'
