Australia and UK-based digital consumer insights specialist Watch Me Think has expanded to the US, where it has appointed Kevin Gould as President.
Launched eighteen months ago, the company recruits participants to record their own and their families' experiences and opinions about brands on their smartphones, in their own homes. Last November, the firm partnered with UK-based consumer insight and sensory specialist MMR, to offer panellists financial rewards in exchange for submitting smartphone videos containing their feedback on specific topics.
Gould (pictured) joins from enterprise risk management solution provider ARM (Active Risk Manager), where he latterly served as Account Director, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts. Earlier, he was a Business Analyst for Strategic Thought Limited, which owns and licenses ARM; and worked for BNP Paribas, KPMG and IBM.
Alistair Vince, UK-based co-founder, comments: 'Kevin has proven success working in global roles with some of the world's largest and most-respected organisations and we are delighted he has agreed to lead our US operation out of New York.'
