UK-based consumer specialist Incite has opened full service offices in New York and Singapore, strengthening its service for global clients.
Incite was acquired by printing group St Ives last year in a deal worth up to £11.4m, and in April launched a dedicated Behaviour Change practice, which will use multiple disciplines - including behavioural economics, neuroscience, health psychology and CRM - to help brands influence the behaviour of consumers.
The New York office, located in Madison Avenue, will be led by Kevin Kruper (pictured), while Rosalynn Tang becomes MD of Incite in Singapore. Kruper joins from global research-based consultancy Penn Shoen Berland where he served as SVP, and Tang previously worked at TNS as Head of the Shanghai-based Consumer Insight Team, and also held the role of MD at Research International Singapore.
The new offices are also the first overseas sites for parent company St Ives.
MD Roger Banks comments: 'Incite has experienced strong growth in recent years and we are serving more and more clients and their global research needs. The US is still one of the biggest research markets in the world, and Asia has a particularly fertile landscape due to economic growth, and it is the right time for us to expand in order to fulfil demand and grow in these vibrant regional markets, as well as to help us compete for business worldwide.'
