BVA Buys French Mystery Shopping Firm

In France, market and opinion research company BVA has acquired mystery shopping specialist Masters Consultants. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded 20 years ago by Dominique Brechon (pictured), Masters Consultants provides retailer networks with mystery shopping services. The firm employs 50 permanent members of staff, who manage around 3,300 filed workers in France and across the Benelux region.

BVA says that the acquisition will complement its existing customer satisfaction and loyalty research expertise.
