TLE has restructured its Sydney office, with the promotion of Lee Naylor to Managing Director, as Tim Riches moves to a new role in the design sector. The firm has also expanded Chrissy Blackburn's position to include leadership of the Qual team.
Naylor joined TLE (formerly The Leading Edge) in 2010, and most recently served as Global Head of Disciplines. Before this, he worked for Nielsen, latterly as Executive Director, Consumer Research Australia, and he was with Research International for more than eleven years. He started in his career in his native UK at Whitbread PLC.
As part of the restructure, Global Head of Strategy Chrissy Blackburn will have an expanded role, taking on responsibility for the Qualitative Research team and Innovation leadership for TLE Sydney.
Earlier this month, Strategy Director Alex Siewert joined the Sydney leadership team, which also includes John Crowley as Head of Client Business, Paul Sinkinson as Head of Quantitative Analytics, and Neil Sangster as Global Head of Shopper.
Andy Bateman, the firm's Global CEO, comments: 'Lee's been instrumental in us becoming the business that we are today. He's helped to reshape IP and our disciplines across the board particularly in the areas of quantitative and data sciences. His promotion, combined with an expanded role for Chrissy, will drive TLE's future growth in this market.'
Bateman also thanked Riches for his contribution to the business, and wished him well in his new role.
