US data collection agency MRops has acquired Hong Kong-based Radar Global, which specializes in executive and high-end B2B and customer satisfaction research in the Asia Pacific and Middle East markets and beyond. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.Radar Global was launched in 2010 by two former TNS Directors, Nicole Hessing (pictured) and Grant Beuzeval. Following the acquisition, the company will become part of the larger MRops business, which has offices in Doylestown, Indiana, San Francisco, India and the UK, and provides data collection and reporting services for B2B, healthcare and international ad hoc and tracking programs.
The move follows MRops' recent launch of 'Executive Interviewing Centers' in North America and Europe, and provides a presence for the company in the Asian marketplace. MRops CEO Ian Kiernan explains that the new centers focus on recruiting senior B2B executives and healthcare professionals from around the world, and their success has driven the expansion into Asia.
Hessing, who is now Managing Director of MRops Asia, adds: 'We are delighted to be part of the growing MRops family. In addition to the opportunity to bring expanded global coverage to the Executive Interviewing Centers, we believe it's the perfect match in terms of our client mix, portfolio of services, sector expertise, commitment to quality and company culture.'
