In New York, GfK Consumer Experiences has named Justin Edge as Managing Director of Health, and Tom Neri as EVP of Financial Services, to head the respective North American client teams.
Edge joins with a twenty-year research and consulting background across consumer and B2B markets. He joined GfK in 2012, as part of the firm's acquisition of Knowledge Networks, where he had previously led the pharmaceutical and health practice. Prior to this he held a variety of positions with Opinion Research Corporation, and before settling in the US, he worked at HSBC in the UK and with the Irish Trade Board in Sweden.
Prior to joining GfK in 2012, Neri was EVP at Angus Reid Strategies/Vision Critical, where he established and led the New York office, and guided the development and launch of a CEM platform and Community Panel research practice. Earlier, he spent eight years at Ipsos, where he founded and led Ipsos Loyalty US, and Ipsos Insight Financial Services, Industry & Technology. He also served as Group SVP at Directions for Decisions, now part of RTi Research.
