DIY online research platform ZappiStore is expanding to France and Germany, just four months after launching.
The system was launched in April by MESH Planning Partner Stephen Phillips, as a joint venture between his own Spring Research, MR automation specialist Intellection Software and online survey developers Swiss Peaks. At the outset, clients are promised full service-grade input to survey design. A partnership with SSI then gives ZappiStore access to one of the world's largest MR panels, with respondents profiled in real-time or in advance. As a result, the firm is able to offer clients immediate consumer feedback on new product development, ad creative and concepts in as little as three hours, at a starting price of £995.
Immediately available in the UK, US and Australia, ZappiStore is being launched on the Continent 'much quicker than originally expected', says Phillips, with European and global clients looking for multi-country research. He adds: 'Now we can deliver them an ad or new product test in the three key European countries in under a day for less than £5,000, that is pretty compelling to our clients'.
ZappiStore beat forty other entries to the Insight Innovation award at the inaugural Insight Innovation Exchange LatAm earlier this year in Sao Paulo, Brazil, scooping a $20,000 prize.
