Full service agency MRSS India has made three senior appointments including Joseph Eapen, the former Media Research Users Council (MRUC) CEO of Audience Measurement and Analytics, who joins as Principal Consultant and Advisor.
MRSS India was launched last year by Asian firm Majestic MRSS and former Nielsen MD Sarang Panchal, to offer Indian marketers local access to technology for consumer insight generation.
Eapen joins with more than 20 years' media measurement and consumer behaviour experience. Prior to MRUC, he worked as CEO at aMap, which provides Asia's overnight TV audience measurement system through its peoplemeter panel. He joined the firm in 2008 as Director of Research, prior to which, he worked as Director of Planning at Draftfcb, Associate Director of Research at Bates PanGulf Media, and as Head of Research at Mediaedge:cia. He currently serves as CEO of Research, Measurement & Insights.
Salil Sabnis takes on the role of Director of Healthcare, with more than seventeen years' experience in the pharmaceuticals, bio technology, life sciences and healthcare sectors. During his career, he has held senior roles at the Serum Institute of India, Shantha Biotechnics (part of Sanofi Aventis), GlaxoSmithKline, Reliance Life Sciences, RPG Life Sciences, and Eli Lilly.
Joining as Director, Client Servicing (South) is Rashid Pattakal, who previously held insights positions at Blueocean Market Intelligence, Genpact India, IMRB, and SIMPA Marketing Research & Consultancy.
