Data-driven marketing group Merkle has appointed former Accenture consultant Mike Mojica as SVP and General Manager of it Retail and Consumer Goods practice.Merkle's more than 2,000 employees are based at its headquarters in Columbia, Maryland; ten additional offices in the US; and overseas sites in London, Nanjing and Shanghai.
Mojica (pictured) joins the head office with a 24-year background in professional services, the past thirteen of which were spent at consulting giant Accenture. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Accenture's North American Retail division, responsible for client account leadership; managing retail ERP sales and delivery; defining retail and IT strategy; and delivering outsourcing services. Prior to this, he spent eleven years at IBM.
