Digital audience profiling and measurement provider Effective Measure is expanding into the Hong Kong market.
The company, which has operations in South Africa, Australia, Dubai, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, The Philippines and Thailand, says it plans to launch in further new markets before the end of the year, including New Zealand, Kenya, Morocco, Zimbabwe and Nigeria.
The Hong Kong expansion is supported by one of its clients, WPP-owned Mindshare, extending Effective Measure's relationship with Mindshare Singapore, to which it provides digital campaign Gross Rating Point (GRP) measurement and advertising effectiveness solutions.
