QuestBack Expands US Operations to Texas

Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) technology specialist QuestBack has opened a new office in Austin, Texas, its second in the US.

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Oslo, Norway, QuestBack is privately owned with more than 300 employees in 20 offices worldwide, and owns or supports more than 400 communities with 18 million members. In the summer, the firm reported revenues up 25% in 2012, to $US 49.54m.

The new Austin office, which will focus on providing clients with customer and employee feedback solutions, will be led by Jeff Jones (pictured), General Manager, Sales and Operations. It adds to the company's existing US presence in Bridgeport, CT.

CEO Frank Mollerop comments: 'QuestBack is executing its planned expansion in the US to meet market demand for enterprise feedback management solutions. The Austin region is an ideal location to expand our US operations.'
