London-based consultancy BritainThinks has appointed Lucy Bush, previously of research agency Define, as an Associate Director.
Bush brings in-depth experience of research in the public, private and third sectors, with a focus on health and social care and including communications, service evaluation and product development research.
BritainThinks was established in 2010 by Deborah Mattinson and Viki Cooke, the co-founders of Opinion Leader Research, and their former colleague Ben Shimshon. The firm, which opened an international unit a year later, works for political, corporate and not-for-profit clients, offering insights from 'stakeholders, consumers, citizens and employees'.
Mattinson comments: 'We are delighted to welcome Lucy to BritainThinks at the end of a very successful year. Her expertise in qualitative research will make her a fantastic asset to our team.'
