US-based fieldwork group Schlesinger Associates has appointed former uSamp director Kristen Tripphahn as Vice President, Global Panels, to oversee their growth and development, and drive best practice in panel management.Schlesinger has a network of fourteen focus group facilities in the US, and also owns Paris-based fieldwork services agency ConsuMed Research and focus group facilities provider Passerelles; London firm The Research House, which has operations in the West End and in Wimbledon Village; and focus group facility provider Schmiedl Marktforschung GmbH in Germany.
Tripphahn (pictured) spent the last three years at online sampling and technology company uSamp, most recently as Senior Director, Global Panel & Sampling Operations. Prior to this, she spent six years at Harris Interactive, latterly as the firm's Manager, Panel Capacity & Development.
In her new role, her initial priorities include the ongoing development of speciality panels within the consumer, healthcare and B2B markets.
