UK-based consultancy DJS Research has announced a number of appointments and promotions, including three which strengthen its Operations department.
The firm says it is aiming to turn over a record £3m in the current financial year.
The Operations department provides services both internally to the research team and to external agencies and direct clients. Lyn Allen, who has more than twenty years' market research experience, has been moved into a newly-created Research Manager role within the team, responsible for aligning field and data outputs for analysis, managing standalone field and tab projects for end clients and ensuring the overall quality of pre-analysis.
In addition, Julia Schofield and Hee Rha have accepted permanent roles within the agency's in-house, 60-station CATI unit. Schofield will oversee a large-scale customer satisfaction and NPS tracking project involving around 600 consumer interviews each day; while Rha will assist Paul Hylands in the day to day management of the wider telephone unit, including direct management of the interviewing teams.
In line with its growth, the company has appointed Jo Williams as HR and Payroll Assistant, and promoted Elliot Simmonds to Senior Marketing Executive.
Alexandra Noden, a qualified counsellor whose previous work includes a spell as a merchandiser for a mail order company and who has particular experience of children and youth research, is promoted to SRE. Claire Jackson, who joined the company in 2009 in an Operations role and moved across to the research side a year ago, is promoted to RE.
MD Danny Sims comments: 'Our growth over the last few months has been fantastic. We have formed some excellent partnerships with clients, both new and old, and in order to ensure we can continue to offer the same high quality service it made sense that we should add to our team - particularly in the Operations Department which is a real focus at the moment. We also felt that several individuals deserved recognition for their excellent performance over the last year, and I'd like to congratulate all of those who have been promoted.'
