Ad targeting specialist Turn has raised $80m in a Series E round of financing, which will be invested in its technology platform, data science and machine learning algorithms, and cross-channel and data-focused products.
Silicon Valley-based Turn's cloud solution enables data management, cross-channel advertising and advanced analytics through a single platform. New funding has been led by ClearBridge Investments, Firsthand Technology Value Fund, Northport Investments and Pine River Capital Management, with participation from current investors Norwest Venture Partners, Trident Capital, Shasta Ventures and Focus Ventures. To date, Turn has raised more than $135m in venture funding.
