US marketing services firm Epsilon has partnered with Twitter to enable advertisers to target audiences using their own customer and prospect data.
Epsilon offers a broad range of data-driven marketing solutions including predictive modeling, proprietary data, customer database technologies and direct and digital agency solutions.
Epsilon clients will now be able to define their own lists of customers or prospects for targeted advertising via Promoted Tweets. The firm's proprietary SecureConnect match process is used to identify Twitter users within an advertisers' audience, enabling Twitter to create a targeted, tailored audience campaign; off-line data sources can then be used to further refine the audience.
