Former Leo Burnett Group Head of Research Steve Watkins has been appointed as a Research Director at pioneering UK agency Join the Dots. Emma Kirk and Mo Mahar have also joined the company.
Watkins spent five years in the Leo Burnett role, working closely with the ad agency's Brand Planning, Shopper Marketing (Arc) and Digital teams, and prior to this spent time in MR agencies Millward Brown, Synovate and 2cv:research. His experience spans a range from neuroscience and brand development to shopper journeys.
Kirk arrived from Adelphi in January as a Senior Research Executive focused on consumer healthcare, while Mahar joins from YouGov as part of the Business Development Team.
Join the Dots reported 20% growth in 2013, has a new, expanded head office in Manchester and says that last year alone it celebrated twenty promotions and welcomed a further twenty recruits. MD Quentin Ashby says people are 'the driving force behind continued growth at Join the Dots'.
