RDA Group Revenues Rise Nine Percent

US market research consultancy RDA Group has reported a 9% rise in annual revenue to $20.83m.

Established in 1969 and headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, the firm conducts product research, customer satisfaction and tracking studies for the automotive, financial services, health care, utilities, and temporary staffing industries.

The firm says growth in the past few years has been driven primarily by client diversification and the launch of its 'Quality Feedback System', which provide an automotive research platform that tracks vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.

Company President Don Pietrowski (pictured) comments: 'We have been delighted with the positive response we have received from the automotive community and look forward to adding new clients to the program.'
