US-based Federated Sample has launched a new tool called Fulcrum Bid Manager, allowing users of the firm's Fulcrum Exchange to manage, track and centralize the online sample procurement process through one platform.
Sampling automation specialist Federated Sample was launched in 2010 by New Orleans-based research technology start-up Jackson Square Group (JSG). Last year, its Fulcrum sample management and exchange platform was adapted to work on almost any mobile device, matching respondents with the most appropriate surveys for their device type.
In addition to centralising the sample buying process, the new Fulcrum Bid Manager also provides suppliers with a standardized method for responding to requests. In addition, research buyers can search through historical data and past supplier mixes.
President Michael McCrary (pictured) comments: 'There are a plethora of available DIY sampling and feasibility tools, yet until every possible source of sample is available on one tool, the customer's pain point has not actually been solved. Fulcrum Bid Manager directly increases operational efficiency and improves results for sample management teams globally through its unparalleled transparency and access to connect directly with the widest collection of sample providers in the industry.'
