QuestBack Hires UK Country Head

Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) specialist QuestBack has appointed Paul Barnes to head up its UK operations as Country Manager, managing a team of twenty people. He was previously VP Operations at software provider Eptica.

QuestBack's software helps client centralise feedback from customers, employees and market research into a single hub, and subsequently to make the best use of it. The company was founded in 2000, is headquartered in Oslo, Norway and privately held with nineteen offices worldwide.

Barnes' experience comes from fourteen years in customer experience innovation. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he helped found speech recognition application pioneer Fluency Voice Technology, then established the UK business of multichannel and multilingual customer interaction management software provider Eptica.
