Iberian and Latin American online panel specialist Netquest has opened an office in Lisbon, from where it plans to work more closely with the Portuguese research community and develop its business in the country.
The company, which already has an HQ in Barcelona and offices in Madrid, Mexico City, São Paulo, Santiago de Chile, Bogotá and New York, offers access to an invitation-only online panel comprising 420,000 people, 200 segmentation variables, and covering 21 countries across Latin America, Spain and Portugal.
Netquest previously managed the Portuguese market from its office in Madrid. The Lisbon office is led by Madalena Santo (pictured), who previously worked for APEME and Elogia in Portugal, and is a Market Research Professor at the city's ESCS (Escola Superior de Comunicação Social).
Commenting on the launch, Santo said: 'The new branch in Portugal will help strengthen our relationship with our Portuguese clients, and enable us to meet their requirements in a more personalized way.'
