Community panel specialist Verve has opened a dedicated survey programming office in Iași, Romania, headed by Senior Survey Programmer Eugen Tuchendria.
Verve was launched in 2008 by the founders of Research Now, Hall & Partners and the iD Factor - Andrew Cooper, Mike Hall and Jon Gumbrell. The company offers a combination of consumer insight expertise, research consulting experience, panel management and technology integration, and customer data management and creative design.
Tuchendria (pictured) joined the firm's London office last summer, after working as a Data Analyst for GfK and a Confirmit Scriptwriter for Ipsos Interactive Services in Romania. He began his career as a QA Tester at Bucharest company PerfectForms.
In Iași, he will be joined by four survey programmers, including Felicia Nicolae who has also relocated from Verve London, and new joiners Andrei Tofan, Andi Petrechescu and Maria Postolachi.
Verve MD Adrian Harper-Tee comments: 'A combination of growth from existing and new clients and building capacity ahead of the curve is driving our need for expanding our technical fieldwork team. The location of Iași with fast Internet connectivity and strong technical candidates has made it a compelling choice to help us strengthen our offering and develop a centre of excellence alongside our strong London based team.'
