FieldGlobal Hires Former MRops MD Gajdamowicz

London-based agency FieldGlobal has hired former MRops MD Rafal Gajdamowicz for a newly created role, Global Chief Operating Officer.

The firm was formerly known as Universal Research, and in addition to offices in London, operates in India, the UAE, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and New York. It also plans near-future openings in Chicago, Japan, Brazil, Germany and Malaysia.

Gajdamowicz (pictured) joins with twenty years' business and management experience. Most recently, he served as MD at data collection specialist MRops; before this he held senior level roles at Ugam Research Solutions, where he set up the European office, and at RONIN, where he was ultimately responsible for the P&L and management of all key staff. Earlier, in his career, Gajdamowicz worked at NFO and BJM Research and Consultancy, and he served on the Board at online research and marketing analysis firm fast.MAP.

In his new role, Gajdamowicz will help develop FieldGlobal's worldwide strategy, refine global project delivery and re-structure operations to support company growth.
