London-based online communities specialist Verve has opened an office in Toronto, and has appointed former Research Now exec Suzanne Costa to lead it.
Verve was launched in 2008 by the founders of Research Now, Hall & Partners and the iD Factor - Andrew Cooper, Mike Hall and Jon Gumbrell. The company offers a combination of consumer insight expertise, research consulting experience, panel management and technology integration, along with customer data management and creative design.
Costa (pictured) joins the new office in Canada from Research Now, where she worked for nine years - latterly as VP of Operations, and initially as VP, Operations EMEA. Earlier, she was a Project Director at Greenfield Online, and an RE at Maven Management.
In her new role, Costa will be supported by Senior Community Manager Jack Lee and Community Manager Megan Wardley, who have both been seconded from Verve London. CEO Andrew Cooper comments: 'We are excited about rolling out Verve's proposition in North America - no-one else is offering a fully integrated quant, qual, online, offline offering which links attitudinal data with behavioural data and other data sources.'
