Kent, UK-based fieldwork agency Facts International has announced four appointments: Ellie Osborne returns to the company as an AD, while Kirsty Bridgland, Cindy Ramnath Dawn Chapman all join the team.
Osborne brings twelve years' experience in market research from both agency and client side, in sectros from construction to finance and FMCG. She served as an Insight Manager at Facts International until June 2013 and has spent the last fifteen months at Kent County Council.
Bridgland joins as an SRE after three years client-side at Towergate Insurance in Maidstone. Her experience is focused around insights driving change and improvement.
Ramnath takes on the role of Learning & Development Advisor, which will include call centre training and recruitment, and support of the HR team over its graduate scheme, apprenticeships and other learning opportunities. She worked previously in call centre leadership and training roles at HastingsDirect and De Vere Hotels.
Chapman, who becomes a Client Services Executive at Facts, brings ten years' experience as a Higher Education Marketing Lecturer, with a focus on Business Communication, Marketing and Management, and on the retail sector.
