Federated Sample Spins Off Fulcrum Division

US firm Federated Sample has spun off its Fulcrum sample management and exchange platform as an independent division.

Developed over the past five years, Fulcrum offers a platform for the buying and selling of sample, while providing a SaaS-based automated solution which supports custom surveys, tracking and consumer data collection. Last year, Fulcrum was adapted to work on almost any mobile device, and more recently the company launched a new integrated sample procurement tool called Fulcrum Bid Manager.

Michael McCrary will lead the standalone division as its President, and as part of the re-organisation, Andy Ellis will now lead Federated Sample as President.
