US-based digital marketing specialist MediaMath has appointed Rahul Vasudev as Managing Director for the APAC region.
The firm's flagship TerminalOne product brings together digital media and data to simplify the planning, execution, optimization and analysis of both direct response and branding campaigns. Last year, MediaMath acquired ad targeting specialist Tactads, and in 2013 it bought the Advertising Decision Solutions (ADS) business of online management and measurement firm Akamai.
Vasudev (pictured) joins from media agency MediaCom, where he served as APAC Head of Digital. He initially joined the firm in 2006 as Digital Lead in Singapore, prior to which he worked for the eCommerce division of retail and services company the Future Group as Head of Internet Marketing.
In his new Singapore-based role, Vasudev will oversee all APAC operations and support the demand for MediaMath's technology across the region.
