Private Equity Firm Invests in Research Now

Private equity firm Court Square Capital Partners is to acquire an undisclosed number of shares in digital data collection specialist Research Now from a group of the latter's shareholders. Financial terms of the transaction have not been released.

Those selling their interests in Research Now to Court Square Capital Partners include TA Associates, Polaris Partners, Sutter Hill Ventures and others.
