Digital measurement specialist comScore has reported a 19% increase in its four quarter 2014 revenue to $89.1m on a pro forma basis, while full year revenue increased 18% to $325.2m.
In quarter four, GAAP loss before income taxes was $6.0m, including an impairment charge of $2.8m relating to the firm's Mobile Operator Analytics division, which it is planning to divest or shut down, and other non-cash expenses. GAAP net loss was $2.7m during the period.
On a pro forma basis, full year 2014 Adjusted EBITDA was up 24% to $75.9m from a year ago, while Adjusted EBITDA margin was 23% of revenue, up 105 basis points from the previous year.
CEO Serge Matta comments: 'We had a great year. comScore's strong performance continued through the fourth quarter, and our record revenue and adjusted EBITDA achievements for fiscal year 2014 speak for themselves. Our strong momentum has continued in 2015.'
The company is forecasting GAAP revenue of $84.0m to $88.0m for Q1 2015 and $366.0m to $379.0m for the full year.
The firm has today announced a partnership with WPP, which will acquire a stake of up to 20 percent.
