Japanese-based online specialist Macromill has announced the opening of an office in Mexico, led by Ricardo Cuéllar who joins as Managing Director for the region.
At the end of last year, the firm merged with Netherlands-based online research and analytics firm MetrixLab under the Macromill brand, and said it planned to open new offices in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Russia.
Cuéllar (pictured) joins from Mindshare Mexico, where he served as VP Business Planning, having previously worked for MetrixLab as MD in Spain, and as Media and Technology Sector Manager at Kantar. In his new role, Cuéllar will expand the firm's consumer insights and marketing analytics offer into Mexico, Central and South America.
Global Commercial Director Thijs Elias comments: 'We see Latin America as one of the fastest growing regions, and anticipate that the Mexico, and recently opened Brazil offices will together add considerable value for local and global clients. We are pleased to have Ricardo, with his wealth of experience, join the team.'
