Targeting technology company RTB House has opened an office in Moscow, where it has appointed former Gemius exec Anton Melekhov as Country Manager.Headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, the company offers technology allowing any online store, brand or manufacturer to profile e-shoppers and run customized campaigns that deliver personalized messages. The firm currently operates in 33 markets.
Melekhov (pictured) previously served as Country Manager at digital research agency Gemius. In his new role, he is responsible for RTB House's planning decisions for business activities across the Russian market.
Chief Operating Officer Daniel Surmacz comments: 'Our decision to establish operations in Russia is a natural step forward from the phase of potential reconnaissance to building a strong position locally. We are sure that hiring an experienced manager with broad knowledge of the Russian online marketing industry will bring dynamic development to our business in this part of Europe.'
