Court Square Completes Research Now Acquisition

Private equity firm Court Square Capital Partners has completed its acquisition of Research Now. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

First announced in January, the deal has been closed through the purchase of interests from existing shareholders, and the refinancing of existing debt.
