Manchester, UK-based agency Join the Dots has reported a 25% rise in annual revenue to £6.1m, driven by both existing clients and a number of new community contracts.
Founded in 1998 by former RI Director Pete Comley, the firm formerly known as Virtual Surveys pioneered web site research in Europe, and now also provides advertising, customer experience, product and service optimisation, as well as online communities.
In 2013, revenue rose 23% to £4.9m. MD Quentin Ashby (pictured) comments on the latest results: 'We're all proud of the continued success of the company and are confident we can achieve a similar level of growth again this year. We're taking steps to set us on the right path, focusing on happy people, happy clients and healthy profits for 2015.'
