In the US, business intelligence and Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) specialist DataMentors has merged with marketing data and services provider Relevate. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
DataMentors offers a range of data quality, marketing analytics, database marketing and business intelligence solutions services to provide a 360-degree view of the customer. Relevate provides marketing data and analytic services supporting customer acquisition, growth and retention; and includes sector-specific targeted data division Relevate Auto.
The unified company will eventually adopt the DataMentors brand, and will be led by a combined team. From DataMentors, Bob Orf will remain CEO, and Anders Ekman will remain President, while Relevate's CEO Steve Rao will become COO, CTO Damon Horst will take on the position of CIO, and Vice Chairman Peg Kuman will remain with the company in her senior advisory role.
