In the UK, eDigitalResearch has appointed Angie Coombe as Research Manager and David Jeans as Senior Researcher Manager in its Insight team, while Darryl Sherborne joins the Strategic Technical team as Project Manager. The firm has also appointed four others, and promoted two.
Hampshire-based eDigital, founded by Michelle Fuller and Chris Russell in 1999, offers a range of solutions including customer experience management, voice of the customer feedback, and multichannel consumer insight. Coombs joins after more than six years at Tesco data firm dunnhumby, most recently as Senior Media Strategist. Prior to this, she was Head of Strategy Planning at Titan Outdoor, and Roadside/Rail Brand Manager at Maiden Outdoor.
Jeans joins from Ipsos MORI, where he worked as part of the Public Affairs and Health team, managing quant projects. In his new role, he joins the Finance team, and will be tasked with leading complex insights projects across a range of issues. Sherborne, who previously worked in similar project management roles for a variety of technology-focused organisations, will now work closely with eDigitalResearch's product and innovation managers to introduce new technologies and methodologies to the firm's existing products and solutions.
The company has also appointed Josh Martin as Junior Developer in the Technical team; Kathryn Littleboy as Graduate Research Executive; Kim Seddon as HR Assistant; and Andrea Weaver as Administration Executive.
Craig Bright and Wangjia Sun have moved to product and innovation roles after previously working in eDigitalResearch's Insight and Technical team: Bright will now lead continued investment in the company's panels and communities solution, while Sun will focus on its dashboard offering.
Commenting on the appointments, Fuller said: 'After a very successful past twelve months we are continuing to resource our business for the future, investing in both our insight offering and SaaS technology. Since the introduction of our Product and Innovation team, we've launched a number of new deployment features and add-ons to our technical systems, and with these additional new faces and appointments, we will continue to lead the field and serve our clients with focused, actionable insight'.
