New Tools Offer Detailed Analysis for Amazon Sellers

December 14 2015

Dublin, Ireland-based online store analytics provider Clavis Insight has launched a new service, Advanced Amazon Analytics (AAA), which includes technology to track activity, pricing and availability for client and competitor brands on the retail giant's one hour delivery app, Amazon Prime Now.

Alongside the 'first of its kind' Amazon Prime Now Mobile App measurement capability, the new service includes a suite of advanced measurement features unique to Amazon, and integration of the retailer's Point of Sale data within the Clavis platform.

Clavis has additional offices in Boston, London, Paris and Shanghai, and offers online store analytics to optimize CPG clients' online channel presence and performance.

The Prime Now offering helps clients to identify the c.10% of Amazon's total catalog available through the new service, and will give users visibility and insights into their products as well as competitive offerings, on metrics including in-stock availability, search rank and share of search, and local pricing. Further advanced analytics allow eCommerce professionals to track products across a wide range of the retailer's listings and features, including AmazonFresh, Prime Pantry, and Amazon Business; Subscribe and Save; A+ Content; and those with coupons or merchandising running. The software also reports on Lost Buy Boxes and item variation visibility.

Lastly, Point of Sale data for Amazon and other retailers can be quickly integrated into Clavis' metrics and reports, including sales trends, top sellers, rising and falling items and so on.

The company is online at www.clavisinsight.com .
