US data collection firm Focus Pointe Global (FPG) has promoted Laura Livers to the role of Chief Executive Officer. She replaces Noel Sitzmann, who will assume the role of Executive Chairman, working with the Board, investors, lenders, and guiding the firm's growth strategy.
FPG, which was founded in 1988, has eighteen focus group facilities located throughout the US and boasts field capabilities in 'all' US cities. In addition, the firm's proprietary FPG Qual-Panel has 1.5 million members. Livers (pictured) joined in 2009 as EVP Operations, having previously spent two years as President of Mystery Shopping at Market Force, and 24 years as President of Shop 'n Chek.
As CEO, Livers will expand upon her current duties and assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the company, including all current and new lines of business, and all functional areas. Sitzmann joined the company as CEO in 2012, after serving as President & CEO at talent management tech firm PreVisor.
Commenting on her promotion, Livers said: 'I am thrilled to accept the role of CEO, and honored to have the opportunity to continue to work with Noel, the FPG Board, the Executive Committee, and an exceptional team of research professionals who make it clear that servicing our clients is their number one priority'.
