IAB Tech Lab Launches Mobile Ad Creative Testing App

In the US, the IAB Tech Lab has launched an app called the MRAID Ads SDK Tester, through which users can test ad creative across multiple ad software development kits (SDK).

Scott CunninghamEstablished in 2014 in New York and San Francisco, the non-profit IAB Tech Lab helps companies implement technical standards across the interactive marketing and digital advertising arena. The new app has been created to support the IAB Mobile Marketing Center of Excellence's 'mobile rich media ad interface definitions' project, known as MRAID.

The IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) says the new app removes the need for users to set up ads multiple times and test them in different apps, making the process 'simple and speedy'.

Scott Cunningham (pictured), the IAB's SVP, Technology and Ad Operations, and General Manager of IAB Tech Lab, says the release 'redefines the way to qualify inventory', with 'wide-reaching implications for the industry'.
